How does his death make you feel?

Anyone done any art work on it?

I have only fond memories of Michael Jackson.  Especially memories of my son (Michael) at 5yrs of age imitating MJ while dancing to 'Thriller".  I even made him a matching costume.  In fact, it was my Michael that called me that afternoon to tell me about his passing. He was such a unique and talented individual that just had a difficult time finding peace within himself.   Humans are not perfect, we all have flaws and we should not judge.    I'm thinking of doing a portrait of my son dressed as Michael Jackson while dancing to "Thriller" as a tribute.    Rest in Peace Michael!  There world has lost one it's brightest stars.

Yes, I do to., I was never a huge Michael Jackson fan, but he was definitely a huge cultural influence when I was a teenager. Music works as a timeline to me so even music or bands that I don't care for that much do represent a "point" in my life timeline. I did go what?! when I heard he had passed. The one thing I am glad about? Despite all the terribe things he was accused of, at least everybody seems to be remembering the Michael was at the top of his game (Thriller period). That's cool.

Have you seen the roses? There's a whole lot of colours!

I was never a big fan of his or Pop Music in general. I did admire his "how the hell did he do that" moves. As hard as I tried I could never moon walk.

He was a great talent.  His life was tragic in so many ways.  Money does not solve your problems, nor does it make you happy.

He was never happy with who he was.  He constantly tried to change himself to be more liked.   As much as so many people loved what he did, few loved him for who he was.

This is a tough life to live.  You must make your piece with those who love you for who you are... most often, it is your family.

Best to all.

I was sad to hear about his passing, he was too young! Another celebrity wasted by drugs.

I will say this: he was without a doubt the greatest dancer of all time! The "Moon Walk" will live forever, and nobody did it quite as well as Michael. As good as his singing was, it wouldn't have had as much impact without the dancing!
