I was first introduced to these tablets 3 years ago, and I believe they open a new door to illustration and other things, much like the digital camera did for photography.

These tablets are the best, I wish I still had my Intuos3. College expenses :(

LOVE IT! I recently bought this and I can't believe how easy it is to use! Its amazing. I haven't used it much yet, but I am looking forward to spending a lot of time maximizing its potential. If anyone knows of any tutorials for this, I would really appreciate the links or help! Thanks!

Great product... only thing that could be nicer is a Big Cintiq :) but this price is right and the portability makes it a wonderful choice as well.:)

Absolutely perfect for widescreen monitors. Very intuitive, very responsive

One additional thing to note is this tablet works excellent with a 2 monitor setup. The proportions more closely match the double screen width to single screen height format popular with many digital artists.

love this tablet ... ever since I bought it, I've used it on just about every piece I've done

I had one, well still have one but for some reason the pen stopped working... so i can't use it anymore...

This tablet is the thing. Wacom have hit it out of the ballpark; it's an alternate mouse (which has no laser lens to get dirty), pen tablet, and so much better than "drawing with a bar of soap"

Wacom has a high standard generally. The Intuos line is the tablets in charge!

Love this tablet you can carry it along with you everywhere you go and use it in the car when your traveling along with your laptop. It can be programmed for shortcuts to keystrokes you use over and over.

This is great to paint digital great pressure and tracking

This is an absolute MUST if you're using Photoshop. I now use it exclusively for all programs (like After Effects (though it's a bit sensitive in the Timeline), Illustrator, TextEdit and Quicken...

I actually have an Intuis3 12X12. I love the control! It feels just like a pencil in my hand, the ability to control your digital strokes is amazing, and the ability to achieve directional spray with the airbrush tool is a must for any digital illustrator who has used a real airbrush! Just a great piece of equipment!

It's an indispensable tool as a digital artist. Being able to use the grip pen feels far more natural than a mouse, pressure sensitivity is a blessing, and turning it around to erase is such a joy to do.

However, the buttons on the side of the wacom are like withered limbs that just take up space on my desk. They go largely unused, thanks to the keyboard shortcuts that feel a lot more natural.

Additionally, if you have a sweet spot that you tend to brush on a lot, you can form grooves in the tablet from grinding it so much, something that hasn't affected it's performance significantly, but can still make you feel like you haven't taken as much care of it as you should.

These cons don't come close to the pros of the tablet, but are still something to consider.

tl;dr If you work on your computer for more than a couple hours a day, this is a tool you cannot be without.

We use this tablet in my Digital paint classes. It is a great tablet

This product takes my self taught skills and takes them to the limit. Although it's not the traditional way of pencil and paper it makes it come to life in the faster digital way making it easier to work with in and out of every line.

Best damn tablet ever!!! Almost like drawing on real paper.
