this is a great easy-to-use tool for 3d renderings

Google once again blesses us freugel web-goers with a program worth the download, and the time to acquaint youself with. Fluid and easy to use, yet deep and custom enough to give you a world of possibilities. For the advanced Comp drafter, this is essentially a sketch pad, but for the intermediate to beginner, you can have a lot of fun with this. Espessially with the link up where you can publish your buildings live to Google Earth.

Soooo easy. Bring an idea to 3d image in minutes! I adore this product for its ease, precision, ability to convert to file and simplicity in all apsects. Everyone and anyone can use this product.

Easy to learn quickly. In architectural reviews at school; however, we are often critiqued for using this software because of its "cartoonish" look. It's a great way to build a quick 3D model that you can then create perspective shots in jpg format which can be further photo edited to improve overall appearance and reduce coloring book look.

I used this product 2 years ago on my mac but I really think it's mostly for architects...

SOME PEOPLE SAY IT IS FOR ARCHITECTS, BUT OTHERS SAY, IT'S EASY TO USE....I'M GOING TO TRY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS....I LIKE THE EASY START AND EASY GOING SO FOR ME IT'S ALREADY A FIVE STAR !

This is good but costly!

Hey this is an actual helpful program and pretty easy to use. I dont most of the stuff yet. But I can probably master sometime soon. I do most of my architecture projects on here and it came out looking great. Sad thing is that I know most programs do these but if you too many stuff going on it will slow down, like windows open here and there.

I've been doing 3D since Sculpt 3D on the Amiga, 20 years ago and I've tried and used just about everything. Currently I use 3D Studio MAX and have for about 8 years... but Sketchup has to be the best and easiest I've seen for quick and detailed architectural modeling. It's insane how easy it is to use and the quality of model you end up with. I'm using the free version now, but later I would like to buy the Pro version.

Good to use and easy....but limited to introductory modeling

A easy to use product.

A nice modeler for structures and the likes, it can be a little quirky sometimes, but its also a very nice for doing vector art. Generally I don't use it for coloring, just the line work or tracing over sketches.
