| Description: | These are a drawing form of oil paint. They are the same as oil paint chemically but do not require medium, brushes or palette and can be mixed together right on the painting surface. They are my exclusibe medium. |

The medium is incredible versital and color safe. They offer resilient color and texture. The Shiva brand is my favorite because of its balance of binder and pigment.

I'm always looking for ways of incorporating drawing in painting and vice versa. I only wish they had a really good form of this in acrylic.

These are really great for multi-media purposes. I have used them in the past on some of my collage work. They offer what a bush can't provide at times.

Love the GOLD...have the silver as well BUT the gold offers such a great finishing touch on (my) ART...love the ease of use-stick form. Nice!

I have used these in some of my work, and find them interesting. Sometimes I wish they were slightly softer.

Paint sticks are great because you can physically draw lines with paint, or use them with a little medium to smooth it out - you get different textures with this flexibility, and they are great to enhance oil paintings, or just experiment with.
