I have just started using the product at work, and so far I am liking it. Of course it will take time to get use to it, but that is what happens with any new product. If you have not upgraded and are thinking about it, I would tell you to go for it!

I just started using this program and so far I like it. It will take some time getting used to it as I have used another program for a long time. But I have several things I use to get the results I want and this program is in that line of it.

The Adobe Design Premium is everything you'll need as a designer; it has all the essential programs, like inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver, as well as others that I haven't even had the chance to mess around with yet, it's simply a lot.

Of course, when they update it every year and a half, the changes they make to it can make or break the new version. Although I haven't messed around with a lot of the programs that much, Photoshop has something interesting this time around; 3d tools. You can import 3d objects into a photoshop illustration, twisting and turning it around, as well as limited capabilities in terms of making your own 3d shapes. I suppose for people that use a lot of 3d tools, it does. For the rest of us, not too many applications.

Other changes to the software really are just increased speed in doing little things. Faster preview in Dreamweaver, faster tween in Flash, etc.

This time around, I haven't seen too many major updates in the programs, definitely nothing as pronounced as the transition from Actionscript 2 to Actionscript 3.0, but they're still pretty neat. Most likely, if you've shelled out the money to get the entire CS3 design premium before , you're going to buy this one out of pure compulsion. If you've never bought it before, and you use a couple of these programs, buy this while it's still pretty new.

tl;dr No major changes, but it's harder, better, faster and stronger than the last edition.

The Adobe software just keeps getting better with each release. It is automatically solving problems while you are looking ahead at what to do next. The flexibility of each of their products makes me want to try new colors and designs, until I get it just right. I wouldn't think of using anything else.

Great Product, i use it, bt only this software , Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, For Printing Graphic and After Effect and Premier Pro for Video and Film Pro.

One of the best versions Ive ever seen Adobe put out. I loves me my CS4 suite!!!

All you need in a box. I highly recommend Adobe CS4 Design Premium.

FAAAAAAAAANTASTIC***** i can say nothing else about it. it just got me doing some amazing design and open you to a new style and era of design.

It's a simple and easy program to use. I would only recommend to make the help section more user friendly.

I hve been using CS4 at work and CS3 at home, from what I've come across the changes/updates are a great improvement! Im loving the program package, although Im bummed out that they got rid of GoLive.

The Adobe CS4 Design suite of products is the "lingua franca" of the visual communications field! As a professional artist you need to know this software.
