This camera is a moderately priced, feature-rich, lightweight camera that feels good in the hand. It has a Leica lens (say no more), and a 12x optical zoom that grabs the detail in micro-shots with ease. It sports numerous features controlled by a mini-joystick, and I must say that I will most likely never use over half of its myriad of settings. I have literally shot images from an inch away from the subject, and was stunned by the clarity. I never leave home without it.
