John Wax has this to say about his artwork: Though my formal education was limited, I probably learned more about painting and techniques while studying and copying important works by Durer, Caravaggio and other masters.I’m currently finding success as a decorative artist, creating murals, plaster effects, faux bois, trompe l’oeil and marble(ing) for homes and businesses. Recently, I have added some of these techniques into my personal works on plaster.
