About Me
I am a Graphic Designer for both Los Altos Trophy & California Marketing Group. I design art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media such as promotional products; pens, pencils, mugs, badge holders, note pads, tape measures, and other common media; books, magazines, newspapers and packaging. study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of material, product, or service. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. Print or email sample of finished layout and presents sample to client for approval. I prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing. Review final layout and suggest improvements as needed. Sometimes mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer. Sometimes photograph layouts, using digital a camera, to make layout prints for supervisor or client. I create all in-house designs and advertising. I am well versed in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop. I have working experience with most all other designs apps. I also do freelance design work & design just for fun. I love a new challenge & learning new things.
