About Me
Been studying and producing artwork since childhood. First award, 1959, age: seven - International poster contest: LATHAM FOUNDATION for HUMANE TREATMENT. Raised just outside of New York City-studied art with Marius Schneiderman and Elizabeth Turner before leaving home to live and work in San Francisco, Aix-en-Provence, Antwerp and New York City. Travel, photography and teaching artistic drawing techniques to adults enhances my expressed passion for the arts. ARTIST STATEMENT: "Nearness to nature keeps the spirit sensitive to impressions not commonly felt and in touch with the unseen powers."
