- About Me
- I love to create imagery that is captivating and fun. I am passionate about photography. I work mostly in black and white because few pleasures match that of watching an image slowly emerge on paper beneath an amber safelight. It is both the simplest, and the most sophisticated of photographic disciplines. While color is great, I believe that black and white is the best way to capture beauty and stop time - to draw with light. I've recently joined the world and switched to digital, but it will never compare to the sights and even smells of the darkroom! My graphic work and paintings come from several places of inspiration.One: My God-given blessing of knowing how to arrange imagery on a surface that is pleasing to one's senses. Two: My life and surroundings. And Three: My favorite artists, photographers, and Filmmakers.
