About Me
I grew up in the artistic ambiance of oils, brushes and canvas, where I observed my mother painting. I became fascinated with painting years ago, however, once I started taking art classes, my interests expanded into the use of different mediums. I love to capture fleeting moments with the emotion of daily life in my art. I like to photograph those moments and render them into my canvasses. The medium I most use is Oils but I find Pastels fascinating to work with. I do portraits, still lives, caricatures, animals and work directly with models or photographs as well as reproductions of famous artists.
