How did you start out in design?

I discovered fashion design at high school, in art class.

Who is your favorite designer?

My favorite designers were Issey Miyakie, Yohji Yamamoto, Junya Watanabe, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Valentino, Rick Owens, Dior, Comme des Garcons, Alexander McQueen, Robert Cavalli, Moschino, Dsquared2, Rag & Bone, and Isaac Mizrahi

What do you like most about being a designer?

The feeling of completing a project and getting good responses from it, it is the greatest feeling.

Do you have any advice for fellow designers?

Don’t get discouraged from bad reviews, look at them a challenge. Try to expand your comfort zone, do things outside the box, and establish yourself locally with something the public can identify with you positively. Do you own work or learn to share the credit.
